Stoneguard invites the community of investors to participate in making the project come true. The 18acres of land was purchased in 2006, we have achieved Certificate de Urbanisation backed by the Mayor and the community for a total of 34 Eco Villas gated, with 5 acres of orchard and vegetable gardens. We are now progressing to detailed planning, and approval followed by the start of phase 1 by November 2022.
